Future Additions

Add exact approach-specific CNS operative videos when the channel surfaces clean matches for midline suboccipital, supracerebellar infratentorial, anterior interhemispheric, retrosigmoid MVD, or endoscopic transsphenoidal surgery.
Prefer one procedure-specific CNS video per guide when available; use category pages for lectures that teach background anatomy or broad principles.
